PT Register Certification Management (RCM) strives to realize a clean, transparent, and professional national certification body.
Currently, the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and employees of PT Register Certification Management (RCM) have signed an Integrity Pact in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics.
The Integrity Pact Charter for the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and Employees states:
- I will utilize all my potential to accelerate the implementation of clean, transparent, and professional corporate governance in order to contribute to improving the future of the nation.
- I will earnestly implement the PT Register Certification Management (RCM) Integrity Pact, which encompasses Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics, and the principles of a healthy business environment, as well as the implementation of a proportional reward and punishment system.
- I will firmly uphold the Basic Principles of Corporate Integrity, namely acting honestly, being trustworthy, being responsible, being disciplined, avoiding conflicts of interest, and not tolerating bribery.
- I will fully understand and adhere to the Company’s Code of Ethics and will wholeheartedly implement it.
- As a commitment to upholding the integrity and Code of Ethics of PT Register Certification Management (RCM), I am willing to accept sanctions and be prosecuted according to applicable law if I am proven to have engaged in dishonest conduct, conflicts of interest, theft, corruption, bribery, or gratuities.
- I urge all business actors directly or indirectly involved with PT Register Certification Management (RCM) to sign an Integrity Pact to build islands of integrity within the business community.
Violations of the Integrity Pact carry consequences in accordance with applicable regulations.
